Years of research and development, as well as the accumulated experience of hundreds of public and private pools created around the world, have allowed the development of a technology with low environmental impact, extraordinary in terms of waterproofing and with magnificent structural performance, thanks to the patented coating Biodesign.
Unlike traditional pools, the Biodesign pool does not suffer from ground sedimentation, because the structure is very light, does not suffer from water pressure and allows the ground to settle without compromising the waterproofing or the structure of the pool. In addition to having superior qualities of resistance to UV rays, ice, chemical products and a much longer useful life.
Technology
The technology uses a waterproof EPDM coating that rests on the ground and is protected with a protective fabric.
EPDM is a synthetic polymer, which has been in continuous use in the automotive industry and civil engineering ( Pond etc.. ) for more than 40 years.
The structural coating, made up of resins specifically formulated in our laboratories and quartz, has a level of resistance to mechanical traction that is much higher than that of structural concrete. In this way we achieve that the useful life of our structures is clearly superior to the rest.
Our pools are protected with Microban® SilverShield® antibacterial technology. integrated into the structural cladding.
